it's better if you submit a voice acting demo into the audio portal. be sure it's MP3 or whatever file extensions newgrounds takes.
That way people know what you sound like and just how skilled you are.
Also head on over to the forums and go to the "artist and creator" section.
Unlike most forums it's not all boring news, it's an interactive community....kind of like one big chat room, post an ad for yourself there.
